Rugby Aller-Chlor Chlorpheniramine Maleate 4mg, Antihistamine OTC Medicine, 100 Tablets. Its active ingredient is Chlorpheniramine Maleate 4 mg and inactive ingredients are corn starch, D&C yellow #10 aluminum lake, lactose anhydrous, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose. This is used as an Antihistamine that temporarily relieves the following symptoms due to hay fever or other upper respiratory allergies: runny nose, itchy and watery eyes, sneezing, itching of the nose or throat. Take every 4 to 6 hours, or as directed by a doctor. For adults and children 12 years and over, 1 tablet and do not exceed 6 tablets in 24 hours. For children 6 to under 12 years, 1/2 tablet (break tablet in half) and do not exceed 3 whole tablets in 24 hours. And for children under 6 years, do not use. Do not use this medicine to make a child sleepy. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking sedatives or tranquilizers. When using this product, drowsiness may occur. Avoid alcoholic beverages; alcohol, sedatives, and tranquilizers may increase drowsiness.
