Unisom tablets contain Doxylamine Succinate. Directions Adults and children 12 years of age and over: Take 2 at bedtime if needed or as directed by a doctor. Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, seek professional assistance or contact a poison control center immediately. Prompt medical attention is critical for adults as well as for children even if you do not notice any signs or symptoms.
